Prática Simulada no Desenvolvimento de Competências Não-Técnicas dos Enfermeiros em Cuidados Críticos: Scoping Review

Introdução: Os eventos adversos em doentes críticos estão associados ao défice de competências não-técnicas dos profissionais, assumindo-se a simulação como estratégia na capacitação dos enfermeiros.
Objetivo: Mapear a literatura sobre os contributos da simulação no desenvolvimento das competências não-técnicas dos enfermeiros na abordagem ao doente crítico.
Métodos: Scoping Review seguindo metodologia JBI. Os critérios de inclusão foram definidos segundo PCC, para estudos entre 2019 e 2024. A pesquisa foi realizada na MEDLINE, Complementary Index, Academic Search Complete, CINAHL, Scopus, Science Citation Index Expanded e PubMed através de uma estratégia de pesquisa com descritores DeCS/MeSH. A seleção dos estudos foi realizada por dois autores independentes. De 83 resultados, foram incluídos 7 estudos.
Resultados: Melhorias na liderança, comunicação, consciência situacional, gestão de recursos em crise, trabalho de equipa, tomada de decisão e gestão de tarefas.
Conclusão: A simulação contribui para o desenvolvimento das competências não-técnicas dos enfermeiros. Futuras investigações devem focar-se em estudos de transferibilidade para a prática clínica.
